ZEV OU LLC REFUND POLICY

At ZEV OU LLC, every product is custom-made for you at the time of your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products (clothing, cosmetics, and food), we operate under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product with a printing error, manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, you have 30 days after delivery to notify us. Please send clear photos of the damage. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges or “Change of Mind”: Since these are print-on-demand products made by our  POD partners Business, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors in selecting size or color. Please check the size charts in each product description before purchasing.

Cosmetics and Food: For reasons of hygiene and public health, cosmetics and dry food products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or with the safety seal broken.

Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. The cost of a new shipment will be borne by the buyer.
