ZEV OU LLC Shipping Policy

At ZEV OU LLC, we work with a global network of production facilities through our partners. This allows us to manufacture your products as close to your location as possible to reduce our carbon footprint and delivery times.

 

1. Processing and Production Times
Unlike traditional stores, we do not ship products from a shelf. Each item is printed or prepared especially for you after your order is confirmed.

Clothing and Accessories: 2–5 business days.

Cosmetics and Food: 3–7 business days.

Note: During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday), these times may be slightly longer.

 

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been manufactured, transit time will depend on your location:

United States: 3 to 8 business days.

Europe and Canada: 5 to 12 business days.

Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.

 

3. Shipments in Separate Packages
Because we use different specialized suppliers for our clothing, cosmetics, and food:

You may receive your order in several different packages on different days. Don’t worry—this is normal and does not incur any additional shipping costs for you beyond what was paid at checkout.

 

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package’s weight, volume, and final destination. We offer competitive rates thanks to our global distribution network.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the fulfillment center. Please note that if your order includes items from different suppliers, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

6. International Duties and Taxes
For international orders outside the United States, packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country.

ZEV OU LLC has no control over these charges.

These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to clear the package through customs.

7. Shipping Addresses and Lost Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages stolen from the doorstep after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
